Charging repair service
Charging for KAT VR repair services (the actual situation may be different according to local laws and regulations).
In case that the return and exchange policy and free repair terms can't be met, KAT VR will provide paid product repair service and the customer needs to pay detection fee, labor cost, parts replacement fee, test expense and repair-related express fee for product repair. During the warranty period, if the customer withdraws product repair, the customer needs to pay the logistics cost incurred when the product is delivered; Beyond the warranty period, if the customer withdraws product repair, the customer needs to pay detection fee and the logistics cost incurred when the product is delivered to the customer. Please contact KAT VR official customer service center which will arrange the repair network spot to deal with the product repair.
If there is no corresponding service network or service ability locally, please contact the KAT VR official customer service center.
The following situations fall within the charging repair service range
a. Expiration of valid warranty period;
b. All circumstances that are not covered by the warranty policy.
